Happy Boss's Day!!

In honor of Boss's Day I made my boss some homemade peanut butter cookies. Growing up peanut butter cookies were always my Holiday Cookie to bake. The whole process would take several hours and by the time I was finished I didn't want to eat any of them. Now as an adult I have a slight allergy to peanut butter so I usually steer clear. But for some odd reason I was craving peanut butter cookies.. Couldn't make a batch and Steve and I eat them all so hence the Boss's Day cookies. Instead of using the recipe that I used for years I decided to mix it up and try a simple basic recipe.

1c. Peanut Butter
1c. Brown Sugar
1 egg
Splash of Vanilla

Mix all together and back on 375 for 10-12 minutes. Roll into balls and flatten with a fork. I added a little piece of chocolate to mine to make them extra good!! The cookies come out golden brown and delicious!!

Boredom=Creativity

It's Friday night and I am confined to a weekend of Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation. After countless hours of Netflix I decided to do some work on my blog and website. I am trying to grow my business and want to share my knowledge with all my friends. Tonight I decided to work on some  tutorials and I think it would be fun to teach a class or two.  I remember my first class I attended as an adult and leaving the store and someone offering me $300 for the wreath I had made. I want to share my skills with others and teach my friends how to make gorgeous decorations for their home. I have joined a coupon forum and want to start a coupon club for Plano so I can share the secrets of Extreme Couponing. Tomorrow I plan to continue my planning while I have my knee elevated watching more Netflix. Not to mention working on a logo design. Then again maybe I should leave that to the professionals.
